The Management of the Society is vested in an elected Executive Committee comprising the President, Senior Vice President, Junior Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary and not fewer than five or more than twenty other elected members at least one of whom is, when practicable, a serving member of staff of the School. The Headmaster and immediate Past President are ex-officio members of the Committee, the latter for the year of the Society ensuing his term of office as President.

The President, Senior Vice President, Junior Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary and other members of the Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Society. Nominations may be made prior to the meeting and are proposed and seconded, but no candidate may be nominated unless he has previously stated his willingness to serve.

The Executive Committee is always looking for younger members of the Society to stand for election to join its ranks and anyone wishing to join should not be backward in coming forward. Please contact the Secretary or any other member of the Executive Committee at any time.
